What should I wear?
Wear comfortable , yet fairly tight fitting clothing. Tracksuits and long- sleeved tops are a good idea. for wall running make sure you have long tops to tuck into your trousers and maybe a second layer of trousers for extra padding the harness can be painful.
Or even purchase cycling shorts , or waist supports from TK-maxx. Please make sure there are no zips or sharp objects on your clothing, as this can damage the equipment. We will not let you on the equipment if you have a zip.
Similarly , all jewellery must be removed before class starts. When on the apparatus we train in bare feet, but its a good idea to have a nice warm pair of socks for when you’re down on the ground.
We are not beside any shops so best to take snacks and water with you.
what happens if I am late?
A text is appreciated to let us know if you’re going to be late. Once you arrive you’ll have to do a full 20minute warm-up. This is an essential part of the training and injury-prevention. Then you will join in with the class and work throughout your syllabus.
What happens if I miss a class?
All classes and terms must be paid for in advance. This can be done by paying on line through pay pal ,or by dropping in cash in the centre in advance , we will soon have a sum up that we cab take credit cards. We keep our classes small , with a max ratio of 1 tutor to 9 students.Because of this we cannot facilitate swapping classes around. Similarly, if you miss a week , we cannot give you a swap class the week you’re back. In these situations we recommend that you plan whether or not a term-plan or a drop -in best for you. Drop in class if there is space at €20 a class.
What are drop in classes for adults?
If you have a free evening and you’d like to join in with a class or you are free on a Saturday you can do a drop in class for €20, for Sat please just call Annette to book for weekly drop in class these are subject to availability and are only filled 48hrs before class commences e.g on Sat evening for mondays classes etc, so email Annette and she can put you on the waiting list.
I’m advanced, is there a class suitable for me?
IACC offers membership for advanced and professional aerialists to come train themselves Sunday and Tues, Wed, Fri to find out more click membership . We also offer Sunday master classes with guest teachers and intensive training courses throughout the year.
As the centre classes grow and numbers of advance students increase we aim to offer advance classes.
How long are class terms?
The studio works on a 6 week term for adults Students who join us in week 2 will benefit from the term-rate. Anyone joins in from week 3-week 6 is a drop- rate of €20
What is policy regarding deposits and cancellations?
Workshops and Drop-In classes must be paid for in advance. Your fee secures your space, and as such we keep it for you: we do not give it to someone else. If you don’t show for a class or workshop due to illness/travel/other plans, the full-fee is forfeit.

What are the term times?
For children the term is Sept – Dec , Jan – easter holidays , end of easter holidays to June. Then Summer camps will start for 3-5weeks depends on demand.
Your child can start at any time of the term if there is space and a reduced payment will be agreed. If there is no space we will put you on a waiting list for the next term. If that class is full next term and if we have enough children on a waiting list ( at least 9) we will start a new class the next term. So tell you friends.
Are there Changing Facilities?
We have 1 unisex changing area that children can get changed in and we do have a no shoes policy in the aerial training space , no food policy in the aerial training space – so children can eat food in the waiting area or in the changing room. We are not beside any shops so best to take snacks and water with you.
